If that doesn't help let us know how you are downloading your installer. If you haven't already done so, try running the Norton Remove and Reinstall (NRnR) tool in advanced "Remove Only" mode as instructed in the support article Uninstall Your Norton Device Security Product on Windows and re-boot before reinstalling. What legacy Norton v22.15.5.40 product described in the release notes are you trying to reinstall (e.g., Norton Security Deluxe, Norton Internet Security, etc.)?
